Summer is here and I'm back-- with another blog post. This time, I'm bound for Taiwan for the vacay season. I've heard a lot of good things about this country so I went to see it myself.
Any summer trip wouldn't be complete without having a trip to the beach. This time, we head somewhere near the Andaman Sea (or maybe the Indian Ocean). I guess you've read, yup, that's Phuket.
Unlike visting Hongkong, Singapore and Seoul, there is something about Bangkok that gives me the vibes of visiting Manila. I know it's only my first time visiting this place yet the city's resemblance to the Philippines' scenario isn't much of a difference (traffic and more).
It feels surreal stepping on the land of kimchi, kpop, kdramas, oppas and skincare. It's been my dream ever since to visit Seoul. The Hallyu wave is so real that I've been swept by it too.
There is more to Korea though. Seeing their different palaces, museums and other cultural and heritage sites, I'm at loss for words how they managed to preserve their rich and diverse culture.
It's my second time in Mindoro. The last time I visited the place was about two years ago though we only explored the oriental side of it. To be honest, I wasn't impressed as I was only seeing bananas on my way. This Holy Week, we head to the occidental part and see its beauty.
We were invited by my cousin to visit Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro to experience the island resort that they own.
And gosh! The place was absolutely breathtaking.
